How to Adjust the Color Balance
Almost any picture you take can be fixed in PhotoShop, unless it's extremely too light, or way too dark. I'm going to start with a scanned image of a basket of apples.
When I took this picture I set the basket of apples on a white piece of paper. Because I used a film in my camera that was not made for inside lighting, it turned yellow. Let's see if we can fix that using LEVELS.
In your top menu bar go to >> Image >> Adjustments
>> Levels and click.
You can also use Ctrl and L on
your keyboard for a shortcut.

What is going to pop up? A screen that says LEVELS. Let's use LEVELS to Edit our Image.
