Scary Looking Dead Tree

In our travels photographing the woods, we run across alot of dead trees.
Most are not very interesting, but we take a picture of them anyway.
The picture below is probably the most interesting dead tree of them all!
It looks like a goblin to us, a nice Halloween tree.
It jumped right out of the bushes at us!
